Zippgun is an independent music publication and artist development platform.

3. Eligibility
You may use Zippgun only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement or have appropriate authorization to use the platform.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Zippgun complies with applicable laws and any obligations you may have to third parties.
Zippgun is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to provide their own consent for online services.
4. Accounts

You represent that you have the right to submit the materials and information you provide.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of submitted materials.
6. Music Reviews and Promotion
Zippgun offers review and promotion-related services for eligible music submissions.
Review services are intended for completed works intended for public listening and distribution.
Eligible submissions may be reviewed and published on the platform.
Incomplete works, rough snippets, test uploads, unfinished material, or other submissions not reasonably presented as completed public releases may be declined.
Eligibility rules and related refund handling are governed by the Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Editorial standards are governed by the Editorial Standards document.
7. Editorial Independence
Payment for a review service does not entitle the customer to a positive review, specific opinion, specific rating, specific wording, guaranteed promotion outcome, or guaranteed audience response.
Zippgun's editorial reviews are intended to reflect honest editorial judgment.
Zippgun may decline to publish material that does not meet eligibility requirements or that creates legal, safety, operational, or editorial concerns.
8. Feedback Services
Zippgun offers professional one-on-one feedback sessions through approved Feedback Contributors.
Feedback services may include:
- Songwriting feedback.
- Mixing & production feedback.
- Music marketing feedback.
- Follow-up sessions when available.
Feedback is intended to provide perspective, guidance, observations, and recommendations.
Feedback does not guarantee commercial success, audience growth, release performance, playlist placement, revenue, professional opportunities, or specific creative outcomes.
9. Feedback Contributors
Feedback Contributors are approved participants who provide feedback services through the platform.
Contributors are not employees, agents, legal representatives, or official decision-makers of Zippgun unless expressly stated otherwise.
Zippgun may assign contributors based on service type, availability, expertise, workflow needs, or other platform considerations.
Contributor interactions must remain professional and consistent with applicable Zippgun policies.
10. Booking and Scheduling
Feedback sessions are scheduled through contributor booking calendars, which may rely on third-party scheduling and video-conferencing tools such as Google Calendar and Google Meet.
Because scheduling may occur through third-party tools, customers and contributors may be required to confirm booking status within Zippgun to keep platform workflows synchronized.
Rescheduling, cancellations, missed sessions, and related remedies are governed by the Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
11. Written Feedback Notes
Written feedback notes may be provided as part of a completed feedback service.
Notes are intended to summarize key observations, recommendations, discussion points, and action items.
Feedback notes are part of the service deliverable but are not guarantees of outcome, quality improvement, release success, or commercial result.
12. Follow-Up Sessions
Follow-up sessions may be offered when eligible and available.
Follow-up sessions are separate purchases and may be tied to the original project, service type, and contributor.
Follow-up availability, pricing, eligibility, and purchase rules are governed by the Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
13. Payments
Payment is collected through checkout when purchasing services.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers.
Payment timing, refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, and related commerce rules are governed by the Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
14. User Content
You retain ownership of your User Content and Creative Works.
By submitting content to Zippgun, you grant Zippgun a limited permission to use that content as reasonably necessary to provide the requested services, operate the platform, process submissions, communicate with you, assign contributors, and publish editorial content where applicable.
For review services, you understand that certain submitted materials may become public if a review is published, including artist or project name, release title, artwork, public streaming links, and editorial review content.
For feedback services, materials are shared only as reasonably necessary to deliver the requested service.
15. Ownership of Music and Creative Work
Artists retain ownership of their music, lyrics, recordings, compositions, artwork, branding, creative concepts, and other submitted creative materials.
Zippgun does not claim ownership of your submitted creative works.
Feedback, suggestions, recommendations, and creative ideas discussed during feedback sessions may be used by the artist without creating ownership rights for Zippgun or the contributor.
16. Zippgun Content and Platform Rights
Zippgun owns or controls the platform, website design, documentation, workflows, interface elements, original website copy, editorial content, and other materials created by or for Zippgun, except where otherwise indicated.
You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, resell, modify, or exploit Zippgun platform content except as permitted by law or authorized in writing.
Published reviews may be shared by artists for promotional purposes, provided the shared material is not altered in a misleading way and proper attribution to Zippgun is maintained.
17. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Zippgun lawfully and respectfully.
You may not misuse the platform, harass others, submit infringing content, interfere with platform operations, attempt unauthorized access, or use Zippgun in a way that violates the Acceptable Use Policy.
18. Copyright
Copyright ownership, copyright complaints, DMCA notices, counter-notices, and repeat infringement handling are governed by the Copyright & DMCA Policy.
If you submit content, you represent that you have the necessary rights to do so.
19. Third-Party Services
Zippgun may rely on third-party services for hosting, checkout, payments, scheduling, video conferencing, email delivery, analytics, and other platform functions.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to those providers' own terms and privacy policies.
Zippgun is not responsible for third-party service outages, changes, errors, policies, or failures outside Zippgun's reasonable control.
20. Service Availability
Zippgun may update, change, suspend, discontinue, or modify platform features, services, pricing, workflows, or documentation from time to time.
We may perform maintenance or experience downtime.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free platform availability.
21. No Professional Guarantees
Zippgun provides editorial, promotional, and feedback services intended to support artist visibility and development.
Zippgun does not guarantee:
- Music industry success.
- Audience growth.
- Revenue.
- Streaming results.
- Playlist placement.
- Press coverage beyond purchased or eligible Zippgun review services.
- Label interest.
- Specific creative outcomes.
- Specific business or marketing outcomes.
22. Disclaimers
The platform and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Zippgun disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation except where such disclaimers are prohibited by law.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zippgun will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the platform or services.
Zippgun's total liability for claims related to a purchased service will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
24. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zippgun from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:
